#12 Full Windows console support

Windows has its own esoteric console. Current code uses a shell wrapper (tested under MSYS/minGW) for the hkexsh client to turn off auto-echo and set nonbuffered mode to properly handle interactive session. The solution depends on running the client within a cygwin or minGW environment with 'stty' available.

While it would be preferable to just wait for the Go stdlib to offer a portable pty interface, if this doesn't occur the code should have an internal solution to properly work in win32 consoles.
